Possible Issues On Advanced Regenerative Medicine : Focusing on Problems When Artificial Sensory Nervous System Is Transplanted Into Human Body
Jeong Chang-Rok

Abstract
This paper deals with ethical issues in advanced regenerative medicine that may arise when implanting an artificial sensory nervous system into the human body. First, I will examine the artificial sensory system and summarize the existing medical ethics controversies. Issues surrounding heterogeneous transplantation revolved around benefits and risks, on an individual and public basis. Problems of heterogeneous transplantation can arise as well when applying an artificial sensory nervous system to the human body. There is a problem of individual motives and risks depending on the development stage of the technology when wearing the artificial sensory system technology on the human body, and the degree of coping with the usefulness and danger between individuals and groups may differ. There is also the possibility that the question of how well the artificial sensory nervous system can be applied to the human body will arise. Finally, I would like to take up the ``possibility of transformation for purposes other than treatment,'' which has been raised each time new technology is developed in the biotechnology field.
